Terms of use

Sensei is a marketplace where independent designers and clothing brands list T-shirts and customers buy them. Products are made and shipped by the brand or designer who lists them. Sensei reviews every listing before it goes live, runs the storefront, and collects payment on the seller's behalf.

You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, attempts fraud, or misuses the site.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.

We may decline or cancel an order if a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, is out of stock, or the order appears fraudulent. If we do, any amount paid is refunded in full.

Payments are processed securely by PayU. Sensei never sees or stores your card or bank details.

By submitting a design you confirm that you own it or have the right to sell it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You give Sensei permission to show your design, name and images on the site and in promotion of your products.

Sellers are paid their agreed share of each sale after the order is marked delivered, as shown in their Senpai workspace.

Do not upload unlawful, hateful, or infringing content, attempt to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with how the site works.

Designs belong to the designers who created them. The Sensei name, logo and site design belong to Sensei. Nothing on the site may be copied or reused without permission.

Sensei is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kodungallur.
