Shipping & Delivery Policy
How your order reaches you

Every Sensei tee is printed to order after you pay, by our production partner, and shipped straight from their facility to you. Products from independent brands are shipped by the brand itself, so a bag with items from more than one brand may arrive in separate parcels.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within India only.
Dispatch time
Because each piece is printed for you, orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–10 working days of payment, depending on your PIN code. Some remote and North-East PIN codes are served by India Post and can take up to 15 working days.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charge is shown in your bag before you pay. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Tracking your order
You can follow each order's status (pending, shipped, delivered) under Orders in your account.
Delivery address
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct before paying. We cannot change the address once an order has been placed, and we are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you provided.
Delays and lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the delivery time above, contact us with your order number and we will trace it. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if it cannot be delivered.
